Job Description
  • Contributes to the implementation of the process of preparation and submission of tender procedures;
  • Fills in administrative documents related to the tender procedures;
  • Participates in obtaining the necessary documents from public agencies;
  • Receives, stores and archives the necessary information related to the tender procedures;
  • Coordinates with the sales department deadlines and documents;
  • Communicates with colleagues in the department and, if necessary, with clients, lawyers, translators, partners;
  • Cooperates in the preparation of orders for bank guarantees and coordinates their issuance with the servicing bank;
  • Assists in monitoring and sending a daily bulletin for newly announced tenders;
  • Fills in and updates a list of active tender procedures;
  • Get acquainted regularly with the changes in the Public Procurement Act.
  • Performs other related tasks assigned by the line manager.
Major Responsibilities
  • Communicates with local and foreign partners, as well as various internal departments
  • Prepares and manages business correspondence
  • Supports the team through the process of preparation of office and tender documentation
  • Creates and maintains Excel spreadsheets
  • Maintains the electronic and paper records and archives
  • Occasional traveling in Sofia and in the country
