Job Description
- Contributes to the implementation of the process of preparation and submission of tender procedures;
- Fills in administrative documents related to the tender procedures;
- Participates in obtaining the necessary documents from public agencies;
- Receives, stores and archives the necessary information related to the tender procedures;
- Coordinates with the sales department deadlines and documents;
- Communicates with colleagues in the department and, if necessary, with clients, lawyers, translators, partners;
- Cooperates in the preparation of orders for bank guarantees and coordinates their issuance with the servicing bank;
- Assists in monitoring and sending a daily bulletin for newly announced tenders;
- Fills in and updates a list of active tender procedures;
- Get acquainted regularly with the changes in the Public Procurement Act.
- Performs other related tasks assigned by the line manager.
Major Responsibilities
- Communicates with local and foreign partners, as well as various internal departments
- Prepares and manages business correspondence
- Supports the team through the process of preparation of office and tender documentation
- Creates and maintains Excel spreadsheets
- Maintains the electronic and paper records and archives
- Occasional traveling in Sofia and in the country
